The County Line is our all-road bike, designed around a 38mm tire with clearance up to 42mm. It fills the space between a dedicated road bike and today’s big-tire gravel bikes, built for the kind of riding we know well in Steamboat: pavement, smooth county-road gravel, and long days that move naturally between the two. The geometry leans more stable than a traditional road bike, adding confidence on dirt and rough pavement without losing the speed and efficiency that make it feel at home on the road.

A 45mm road chainline and compatibility with both 1x and 2x drivetrains let the County Line be built toward fast road riding or a more mixed-surface setup. A new Moots carbon all-road fork brings fully integrated brake routing through our Ti stem, while in-house titanium UDH dropouts add modern drivetrain compatibility to a clean, durable platform.

ROAD, WITH MORE RANGE.

County Line is built around a 38mm tire because modern road riding doesn’t always mean smooth pavement. The added volume brings more grip, comfort, and control on broken roads and fast dirt, while keeping the bike quick and efficient on pavement.

Its geometry adds stability without dulling the handling, and road gearing keeps the bike feeling familiar when the pace picks up.

More capability than a traditional road bike, without turning it into a gravel bike.

BUILT AROUND STEAMBOAT.

Around Steamboat, some of the best road rides don’t stay paved. Smooth county roads connect stretches of pavement, dirt, and hard-packed gravel, often all within the same ride.

County Line is built around those roads.

The 38mm tire adds grip and comfort when the surface changes, while road gearing, relatively short 42.5cm chainstays, and responsive handling keep the bike quick when you’re back on pavement.

For rides where the route matters more than the surface.

  • REDESIGNED MOOTS CARBON FORK

A new D-shaped steerer allows fully integrated brake routing through our Moots Ti stem. The redesigned fork cleans up the front end while keeping the cockpit simple.

  • N-HOUSE MACHINED UDH DROPOUTS

New titanium UDH dropouts bring the County Line onto the current derailleur standard while keeping the design and manufacturing in our hands. Clean, durable, and ready for current and future drivetrain options.

  • 1X OR 2X ROAD DRIVETRAINS

A 45mm road chainline gives riders the choice between traditional 2x road gearing and a simpler 1x setup. County Line accommodates up to a 52/36T 2x crankset or a 50T 1x chainring.

  • SIZE-SPECIFIC HANDLING

Eight frame sizes and two fork offsets allow the front end to change appropriately across the range. Smaller sizes use a 52mm offset and larger sizes move to 45mm, keeping the handling character consistent from 48cm through 62cm.
