This July, we’re making it easier to trade what you’re riding for a new Moots complete build.

For the month of July, eligible trade-ins receive:

$2,500 toward a new Moots complete build when you trade in a rideable Moots frame.

$2,000 toward a new Moots complete build when you trade in any other complete bike.

This July Trade-Up offer is direct through Moots only.

How It Works

1) Email us at tradeup@moots.com with photos of the bike or frame you’d like to trade in.

Before sending, please give your trade-in a close look. It must be rideable and free of cracked welds, major dents, or structural damage. Include clear photos of the full bike or frame, along with close-ups of any damage, dents, cracks, or areas of concern.

2) We’ll review your submission.

Our team will take a look and let you know if your bike or frame is eligible for Trade-Up credit. If approved, we’ll give you the go-ahead to ship it to us. If we’re unable to accept it, we’ll let you know why.

3) Place your new Moots order.

Once your trade-in is approved, we’ll work with you directly to finalize your new Moots complete build and place the order.

4) Ship your approved trade-in to Moots.

Please do not ship your bike or frame until you’ve received approval from our team.

Once we’ve given you the a-okay to ship your trade-in, fill out the form below so we can match your submission with your incoming bike and apply the credit toward your new Moots complete build.
