At Moots Cycles, we don’t just build bikes—we build the best titanium bikes in the world. What You’ll Do:
- Turn Raw Frames into Works of Art – Sand, brush, polish, and bead-blast our titanium frames to perfection.
- Add the Finishing Touches – Apply logos, anodizing, and custom finishes that give each frame its signature Moots look.
- Ensure Perfection – Conduct detailed quality control checks to ensure every frame meets our high standards.
- Collaborate with the Crew – Work closely with machinists, tubing fabricators, welders, and the assembly team to ensure a smooth, high-quality production process.
- Innovate with Your Passion – If you love riding, your firsthand experience will help us improve our products, refine designs, and keep pushing innovation forward.
- Stay Flexible & Team-Oriented – Pitch in wherever needed, taking on other tasks and projects that help the team succeed.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly – Maintain an organized workspace and care for tools and equipment to ensure top performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- A love for bicycles—whether you’re a road cyclist, mountain biker, gravel grinder, or just love to ride.
- A keen eye for detail and precision—you notice the small things that make a big difference.
- Experience in finishing work, metal polishing, or assembly (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
- Ability to work with hand tools and finishing equipment in a shop environment.
- A team-first mentality—we work together to build something great!
- A willingness to adapt and take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Job Details & Benefits:
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Starting pay: $22+/HR, based on experience.
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, vacation, 401k, and industry discounts.
- Preferred experience in the bicycle field, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
