Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase from the Moots we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase date. We’ll gladly exchange the product for a similar item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
All returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include the original packaging and packing slip.
Custom finishes and custom bike builds purchases are final and non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or sent in error.
A restocking fee may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. We’ll replace it with the same product—or a similar one if the original is no longer available—at no cost to you. Be sure to keep all original packaging and documentation when returning a damaged item.
