Refund policy

Your happiness and satisfaction with our products is what matters most to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase of a Moots product from our web shop we will gladly exchange the product for another similar product or refund your money, so long as it occurs within 30 days from the purchase date. Unless it's a damaged good, you are responsible for shipping costs associated with any returns.

If the item you purchased was damaged during shipping, we will make every effort to immediately replace it with the same item or something very similar if we should no longer have in stock the original item you purchased. Please be sure to include all original packaging and the original packing slip when returning your damaged item.
