UPDATED 3/26/20

Dear Moots friends, family, riders and dealers,

 Due to the ‘Stay in Place’ order issued by the Governor of Colorado on 3/25/2020, we will be temporarily closing our manufacturing operations until 4/12/2020.  During this time we will be available for limited customer service and operations including all customer inquiries via phone and email, order placement, processing small parts and accessories orders, and minimum receiving operations.  Unfortunately, this disruption to our production will cause delays of frame/bike orders currently in process.  However, we certainly believe the current ‘Stay in Place’ order allows our team and family members to remain healthy and Moots to be able to return to work at full capacity when the order is lifted.  We will be working on plans to then return to work, get caught up and will be committed to informing our dealers and customers status updates as necessary.  Thanks for your patience and understanding and if you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us at info@moots.com, or (970) 879-1676.

We are planning to carry on business as close to normal as possible, while adhering to all governmental pandemic polices to protect our production staff and help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Those employees that are able to work remotely are doing so and we’ve taken measures to have their work phones continue ringing directly to them.
