Position Summary:

Frame finishing is the last step of production before the frame is shipped to the final customer. The Finish department is responsible for everything that happens to the frame after welding. The finish process starts with reaming and facing of head tubes, facing and chasing threads of the bottom brackets, and frame alignment. The frames then get bead blasted and inspected for imperfections. Graphics are applied to frames using various techniques such as brushing, anodizing, and etching.
