In early November we had the privilege to visit @pfbikeshop and @pedalersfork They are a standout Moots Dealer and demo center. Along with an amazing offering of our current models, they also have several unique Moots builds from the past. First up is the Comooter. Originally introduced in 2008, this bike was offered as a full bike only with each component thought through to build the ultimate commuting set up. The build:
Moots Comooter frame: Curved top tube, sculpted seat tube, slider dropouts.
Wound Up CX fork
Chris King 1 1/8” head set
Rohloff 14 speed internal hub
Schmidt generator front hub for front and rear light
Campy Chorus crank with chain guard that was a turned down Campy 42 tooth chainring
Schwalbe Marathon 38c tires
Moots Ti Post
Moots Ti flat bar
Moots Ti stem with Moots made face plate with integrated light mount.
Brooks saddle
Honjo Fenders
Tubus rack
If you are ever in the area make sure to stop in at Pedalers Fork.
