A business trip is bringing me to CO, and I should be able in Steamboat on Thursday (8/23) afternoon around 5:30pm.
A few questions...
1. Is it too late that day to visit Moots and to see the X RSL that you are currently building for me?
2. Any possible suggestions for bike rental for that afternoon/evening such to return it later evening?
3. Alternate to #2, any good trails to run on?
4. Any suggestions on good coffee and food?

The shop closes around 5:00 pm, but usually there are several working later than that. I won't be in town during your visit, but you are more than welcome to stop in. Are you around on Friday morning? Moots will be open at 8 am and staffed in full.
Bike rental: Give Orange Peel Bicycle Service a call and they should be able to answer those questions.
Trails: Look no further than Howelson Hill/Emerald Mountain for either running or riding....awesome trails.
Coffee/Food: Bamboo Market for natural food, Mambo Italiano for hearty food, Ciao Gilato for coffee/espresso.
