I'm looking at getting the rsl stem for my rigormootis, and I need the 90 x 6 stem, but it shows 90 x -6 degree in the drop down menu. Do I have to get one custom made to be positive 6 degrees, or do I just flip the stem over?

You can also order it as the 90 x 0, which will give you a positive rise off the steerer. Of course not at much as the +6.The RSL stem was built as an all around stem which is at home on road, cross and mountain bikes. Most of the RSL stems I've seen have gone onto a 29er, which for most riders they use the -6 as the front end stands taller.
You can also ( like Johnny5 says) run the -6 in a reversed fashion.
