   Jon,

   I'm trying to get the final height down to cut my fork and want to make sure I leave enough steerer tube for an Open Road stem later down the road. Online, it says that the open trail stem has a 45mm steerer tube clamp, but it does not mention the clamp height on the Open Road.

   Is it the same 45mm?

   It is 45mm on the Open Road as well.
