New Ybb frame but...Wich?

Hi!

In the last five years I rode a Rigormootis 17". Last year I buy a new MootoX Single Speed custom frame. In the last year I only use a single speed, and finally decide sell my rigor 17".

I love SS, but I think to buy another bike.

I like buy a YBB because I think it´s the most representative Moots bike. I can test some YBB and ride very very sweet.

The question is: Wich? Mooto X YBB or CX YBB?

What do you think about Moots FS? I´m sure that new Divide29er frame works better than the old Moots XZ frame, but I prefer "retro-style" to XZ

Acronyms:

FS for downhill.
YBB for smooth ride.
HT for best performance.

You'll have to ask yourself what type of riding you'll be doing to decide which bike is best for you.

1. A lot of mixed surface rides (pavement, gravel roads, light singletrack) with most of the miles coming on pavement and gravel roads (and some fall/winter CX racing thrown in for good measure), then the Psychlo-X YBB will be your steed.

2. Mostly off-road (a lot of singletrack/doubletrack, gravel roads) with a lot of the miles coming from singletrack, then the Mooto-X YBB is your bike.

3. Exclusively off-road with almost all the miles coming from rough trails, then the Divide would be your ride.

Now, understand that any of these bikes could do other things (like the Psychlo-X could do a lot of singletrack or you could ride the Mooto-X on the road) but bring the right tool to the job. If you're gonna pound nails, you don't bring a screwdriver. While you might be able to pound a nail in with the handle of a screwdriver, it's going to be a hell of a lot easier with a hammer!

Go MX YBB and HT CX.
CX with tubulars for the feeling, the efficiency it can give you.
MX YBB for the ride sweet, long discovery rides or a Divide, I am waiting for mines.
