Yes. The outer plates that hold the rails are tightened/loosened with a 6mm hex key. For tilt adjustment (which is completely separate), you use a 5mm hex key inserted through the drive side outer bolt. Don't use a ball-end hex key, and make sure that the key is fully inserted into the slot.
thx tbill, I wasn't sure if I had to loosen/remove the outer plates before making tilt adjustments.
