Hi - I recently ordered a Vamoots RSL and wanted to know what is the new fork that will be used with this frame? It's my understanding that the previous fork made by Alpha Q is no longer being used.

    Thanks

Try an Enve 1.0 or 2.0 depending on your weight. You will be the envy of all

Thanks - I guess I wasn't clear in my post - my question is what fork is Moots using for the Vamoots RSL?

    Jsgdenver1,
Thanks for the order of the RSL. We are using our own design, made-for-Moots carbon RSL fork. It's a one piece design, that we are sourcing for use on the RSL. It is being made to our spec/weight and offsets by a leading carbon builder. I will be back in the office tomorrow and will be posting photos of the RSL and standard Moots road fork.

    Thanks,

    Jon@Moots

Hello, my name is Nuno and I have the same "problem"

I intend of running the Vamoots RSL 56 already bought and at home, with one of these 3 fork

Ax Lightness Helios Fork - my firt choice - lenght 370mm - Rake 45mm
    THM Scapula Normal or SP - 2nd choice - lenght 371mm - Rake 44mm
    or the
    ENVE 1.0 - lenght 367mm - Rake 43mm

    I weight 83kg, so still don't know

the headset I was think one of these 3:

    Extralite the Head 2 - Stack Height: Top 10.5 + Bot 10mm.
    Chris King - bottom 13.7mm
Crank Brother Cobalt SL - top stack height 10.53mm + bottom stack height -10.03mm

I would like know what the bike will feel , using this configurations
    And what wold you recommend.

I read that you have a New fork, can you send pictures, and are they available.

    Please answer soon

    Best Regards
    From Portugal

I'm wondering whether there is a problem sourcing the new fork or whether it is just a delay in posting pics? Has anyone seen or heard of people receiving the new fork with their recently purchased RSL? I'm currently waiting for an RSL frame/fork/stem/post I ordered what seems like an age ago and wondering whether the fork is what's holding things up.

    Cheers

I ordered a Vamoots 8 weeks ago and according to Moots it is scheduled to ship next week. My LBS confirmed that it will come with the new color matched carbon fork. I'm not sure if this is the same fork as on the RSL, but I thought I would pass along what I know.

The picture of my RSL in the photo gallery has the new RSL fork with the new paint scheme and color (bike on stand in shop). I believe it has moved to the second or third page of the gallery. Really nice looking fork. Color looks great against frame. Rides great. Approximately 1400 miles on bike and still loving every ride!

Here's my RSL with an Edge 1.0 fork, I'm 84kg and it is brilliant.
