What are the options for coupler nuts please? Are they only available with a custom frame order, or can they be added to a stock frame for an additional charge if the stock size is fine for my body? Thanks.

Moots only puts couplers on new frames. If you order a "stock" frame you can add a custom option of the couplers. Moots doesn't have a lot of frames hanging around the factory waiting to be sent out. If you order a 58 Psychlo, for example, odds are there isn't one hanging around the factory, so adding a set of couplers shouldn't be an issue.
But, Moots won't go back and add couplers to an already purchased frame (aka; used). Sat had someone else add couplers to one of his Moots, hopefully he'll chime in on who did the work and how it looks.
If you want your warranty to remain intact, you'll need to buy a new, coupled frame from Moots.
Sat used Bilenky Cycle Works in Philadelphia, PA. I have used James at Black Sheep for 2 retrofits and Indy Fab for a new, custom build.
...or did he use Spectrum?

Mongo,
Teamfubar is right Moots only does Prebuild, NO Postbuild Couplers.
xjahx is right I used Bilenky Cycle Works in PA. They did a very good job aligning the couplers but a terrible job welding; definitely NOT a Moots weld. I used Spectrum Powder Works to do the Titanium Etching on the Decals. I bought the VaMoots from Moots; it is a 2006 Show bike I bought at the yearend demo sale complete build with D/A 10sp (sweet). Overall, I am very happy with the way the project turned out. If I was to do it all over, I think I would have been happier with a Mooto-X with couplers and two sets of wheels. It would be more versatile. A Psychlo coupled would be versatile too and a bit more road worthy. I guess it depends on your preference to the road or mountain.
If I had to choose between the VaMoots SL and VaMoots Coupled, it is an easy decision I would keep the Coupled VaMoots. Good thing I don't have to choose because I really like my SL.
Seems like a lot of talk on the forums lately of S & S Couplers. Since we can post photos here is a link to another forum I posted in:
