   I would like to travel with my bike, but don't know which case will fit the 29" wheels. Any advice would be appreciated.

   wehdoc,
   Ths S & S machine hardcase that measures 26 x 26 x 10 will take the 29'' wheels. You do have to deflate the tires and/or remove the tires to do so.
