Hi Folks,

I've had a look around, but curious if Moots make any 1.5" head tubes ?

My Cinco has a 1 1/8" and I noticed a new line of Fox forks coming out, including one with a Ti crown, except its a tapered 1.5" crown. So no joy getting that into Mootsie.

I think someone mentioned it in relation to the Motox-RSL, but cant recall. Any thoughts ?

The RSL has a 44mm "inset" headtube, so the tapered crown won't work.

I don't think they've done a 1.5" headtube yet.

According to King's Inset info, a 44mm head tube with inset can accommodate tapered steerers with their external lower cup.

Awesome solution Johnny! CK have thought of everything!

I knew I should have brought a CK headset, but I went with Cane Creek and got a 110S instead.

Fortunately its my birthday next week, so I'll put a King headset on the list. :)

Johnny5 is correct for the MX RSL...you can run the lower 1.5 external cup to use the tapered steerer tube fork. The Cinco will not accept that head set, therefore you are limited to 1 1/8'' steerer tubes.
