Does anyone own a Mooto XZ? I tried every message board I can find to get any onfo on this rig. Any feedback would be great. If not oh well, I guess I will be the only person with one.

MemberI've got one and love it. had it for over a year. love it so much that I sold all my Ibis Ti 26ers shortly after building up the used frame in april 2011. Including my silk ti and bow ti. My only complaint has been weight. I put it on a diet fall 2011 with I9 enduro/flow wheelset, XTR shifters, RD and casette and some 180/160mm XX brakes. I've got it down to 26.5 lbs with 959 pedals but the guys I'm riding with these days are cranking 20-22 lb carbon hardtail 29ers so I'm thinking about shaving another 2.25 lbs off the bike and going with a 2012 Mooto X Ybb frame.
I run 90 psi on rear shock and 95 psi on my Fox Terralogic 29er fork. I'm 6' and 187 lbs. and it rides like a dream. I lock it out for "most" climbs and toss the switch and hammer downhills faster than I ever have before in my 40 years frame and 20 years of cycling. I can finally ride areas like the south side of Hall ranch and enjoy them.
I'll definately miss the ride on my 4hr+ epic high country rides though.

MemberJust orderd a 12' Mooto X YBB to go racing, so the MXZ will be for sale shortly ( got to keep the wife happy, 3 bike self imposed limit).
I'm going to list it on Ebay and MTBR when I get back into town next week.
I'll start by listing the frame, 2012 Fox F29 terralogic 100mm fork ( new this season) and Chris King red headset ( with CK spacers) for $2550 shipped FedEX insured.

MemberJust a tad too late on that one. I knew if I waited I'd find one used eventually, but I couldn't wait. I got delivery of the frame on thursday From Mikki and Lee at dreamride bikes. Like a kid in a candy store I finished the 2012 XYBB build by the next morning. After snapping some pics, I went and got it dirty...WOW! is it fast. I'll miss the plush of the MXZ frame from time to time...but the rest of time I'll be grinning ear-to-ear. In regards to the MXZ I can sell the frame bare or with any of the parts listed. I'd keep it but I'd also like a gates SS to ride with the wife.
