I've got the sliders on mine and absolutely love them. I have been running them on my Rigormootis for 3 years now and haven't had any issues and on my RSL since April.
I saw the EBB option and it's pretty cool, I'm just not a fan of the EBB due to less throw than the sliders (meaning I get more gearing options without a half-link or swapping chains) and it doesn't mess up my saddle position (important to me as an ss'er). I've had friends with bikes we've just not been able to run certain chainring/cog combinations with EBB's before, not something I've had an issue with with sliders.
Though sliders to alter the chainstay length, which can be good or bad depending on your purpose. Differences in chainstay length is much more noticeable on the 29'er than the 26'er too. Just noting that as each ss tension method comes with their pros and cons.
Cheaper version is to go the EBB route. Either way it's a sweet bike and you can't go wrong.
