			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm saving my pennies for an RSL.  I have a ybb 26 that I have loved for years and I still love it but I want to go with the bigger wheels.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I will def need the smallest size RSL.  Do you think the 16&#34; will possibly have 2 bottle cages inside the frame?  I'm thinking it's impossible.
