If things are pretty dry and aren't too loose, you may be a bit overgunned with the NoNi up front unless you really like to throw the bike around. Plenty of options for the rear depending on whether you're racing or trail riding (Ikon, Racing Ralph, Rocket Ron, XDX, Race King, etc.). I'll stick with my Ikon front and rear. I have a Bonty 29.2 (2.1) on there now that is doing OK...not as high on volume as the XDX was, nor do I think it will be as tough. They're 2.2's, have huge volume, and go head to head with the Racing Ralph's (RaRa's). My RaRa's lasted about two months and my Ikons are showing little if any wear and are looking really great after about 8 months of hard riding and racing. I'm pretty shocked actually but I'm told it's because of the 3C compond. A lot of people complain about the price but if you look around you can find them for about $50.
