I had a pair of the Vittoria EVO CX clinchers with white sidewalls on my VaMoots for a while, and found that they looked pretty grungy after they got dirty (and I was too lazy to clean them regularly). Maybe the Fortezza's will be easier to keep clean, or you'll be more diligent than I was, or you won't care if they don't look white white...

I have white tires on one of my PXs (as well as white bar tape). They look sweet, and white is fast! They pick up a bit of dirt on the road, but not enough that I wouldn't put them on my Compact. Go for it.

Just curious, can't pass up a local sale on white or gray Fortezza Tri-comp tires and was thinking that the white sidewalls may look sharp on a Vamoots. Bike is in the process of being fit and ordered, so I have to make the choice without it here. Anyone use white? How do you like it? (I know it will get dirty but don't care about that). I thought that white bar tape, cables, and tires may look sharp and they would match the decals. On the other hand, it may look like a 1930s car.
