			<description>&#60;p&#62;Don't mean to ask a stupid question, but did you clean that spot on the frame first?  Use something like acetone or even White Lightning's Clean Streak.  Moots uses stuff like Pledge to &#34;clean&#34; the frames so there could be some residue on there even if you've washed the bike.
