I basically have all of the parts at the shop or on their way. Swapping out the crankset would be the easiest solution. If nothing else will work, then I either return the frame or an entire XTR double group. I already have the King BB. To run 2x10 XTR you have to use a Shimano Saint BB it has deeper cups and run all three spacers on the drive side..
