XTR Cranks the M970 version 2010 and prior and a Salsa 32T ring front and Chris King 18t rear.. I ran the XTR 32 ring it came with up front for about 2 years untill it wore out.. The XTR is stiff durable and the bottom bracket is super smooth.. The White Industries cranks looked super sweet on the bike as would the Paul, but function under the load you will have running singlespeed isnt worth the tradeoff..

jrob,
If the 32t on the Paul crank lives close to the normal middle position there is a reasonable chance it will work.

Let us know how it goes it you try it!

Thanks,

Hey guys,
I am process of building a mootox single speed. I was looking at the PAUL mountain crank (32t). The amount of space and clearance it needs seems like it would barely clear the chainstay. They recommend a campy 111 or phil wood 110.5 BB. Does anyone know if this combo will work on my mootox frame? thanks
