Sorry for the delay in response...we are fighting the spam battle behind the lines here at Moots and feel we might have a handle on it at this point.  Just don't try to sell me any UGG boots....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyway, that serial number tells me the frame is an 18'' built in September of 2003.  80mm fork would be the call, however a 100mm would feel pretty sweet.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Decals can be purshased through the Moots store and Tami will have them sent postal to you....not sure of the cost there....&#60;/p&#62;
