It may have the Psychlo rear triangle on it though as opposed to the road bike wishbone for tire clearance. At that time you're probably equivalently getting a custom PX with a lower bottom bracket. You must also get the extended chainstay option as mentioned above (45) to ensure rear panniers clearance. The Mootour has a lower BB effectively lowering your weight placement. Fact of the matter there is the majority of your weight is above the seat (you). PX gives better clearance because of higher bottom bracket. Geometry is a little different.
