I ran my 08 YBB with a SRAM XX 26/39 156 q crank for a few months without any issues. From what I saw the trick is to use smaller rings and to make sure you have the right bb configuration, i.e. it's spaced properly for the 68 mm bb shell.

I am a brand new Mootsy and am really stoked. I have been told that running a 2x10 on a pre 2009 Moots will not work.I mounted a 2x10 CTR Front Der with a Sram 2x10 crank It seems to be working so far, but I do not have much clearance between the big chain ring and the chain stay. Has anyone in Mootsland tried this and had success? I have not hit the trail yet, that will be the true litheness test.
