			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hey all- i have a riders' club jersey that's... well- too big.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone out there have a large they'd like to trade for an XL?  I've had mine for a while, but have only used it a handful of times, so it's in like-new condition.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thanks!&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I know this isn't exactly a wtb forum, but maybe someone here can help.&#60;br /&#62;
I'm looking for a used not abused psychlo, seat tube 54 or 55 ... frame, frame and fork or full bike - I think I can be flexible.&#60;br /&#62;
I went new with the Vamoots I love, but now I have a mortgage :)&#60;br /&#62;
Thanks !&#60;br /&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi Forum&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have read and learnt a lot through the forum already. Thank you.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I just have put an order in for my first MOOTS frame. A Psychlo X YBB. I want to cycle dirt road epics, long distance on road and gravel (supported touring and racing in Africa and Asia) and some mountain climbing. Probably no single trails.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My whole build follows the 3 principles:&#60;br /&#62;
1. Most durable&#60;br /&#62;
2. Most reliable&#60;br /&#62;
3. Weight + Easy to service on the road&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So far I have the Psychlo X YBB frame (on order), Moots stem and seat post, BB7 disc brakes, brooks saddle, handlebars and wheelset(DT SWISS TK540 with Hope hubs).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What do you guys think which fork would be better?&#60;br /&#62;
A) Salsa La Cruz Cyclocross Fork 700c&#60;br /&#62;
Durable, reliable but heavy steel fork.&#60;br /&#62;
From my Charge Plug and my surly LHT I know the steel fork has a bit of flex which helps with fatigue, hurting wrists over multiple days in the saddle.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;B) 3T Luteus Team Cyclocross Carbon Fork Disc tapered - seems to be the fork a few of you have used. Will it be too stiff?&#60;br /&#62;
Is it durable enough (crashing etc)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;C) other disc fork?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Groupset: I thought about Ultegra first, but I really like the SRAM Red on my Cannondale roadie. Also the the wifes roadie and the MTB have SRAM. So far they all heve shifted very nicely.&#60;br /&#62;
Therefore I was contemplating to go SRAM red 2012 39/52 with WiFLi RD 11-32, apparently shifts even nicer than my old Red 2010.&#60;br /&#62;
Is red the most durable and reliable? Sorry guys no Campy for me.&#60;br /&#62;
Red?&#60;br /&#62;
Force?&#60;br /&#62;
DA?&#60;br /&#62;
Ultegra?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What are your experiences with forks and groupos?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thanks&#60;br /&#62;
Hillclimber

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi folks,&#60;br /&#62;
 I'm new to the forum... just purchased a new to me Vamoots (currently headed back to CO for a fresh beadblast). It's a bike I've been dreaming about owning for awhile, so I'm super excited to get it built up and out on the road. My first Ti bike, so I'll probably be asking for a lot of advice as I start working on the build. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyways, I also have an older style clamp layback seatpost. It's even older than most that I've seen pictures of, it has two halves of a tube (aluminum i think), that is notched to hold the saddles rails.  Looks like this:&#60;br /&#62;
&#60;code&#62;&#60;a href=&#34;https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-MtbyEFkvcEo/UGI1I8lKFvI/AAAAAAAABXg/MuFhGiuSdAI/s640/-1.jpg&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-MtbyEFkvcEo/UGI1I8lKFvI/AAAAAAAABXg/MuFhGiuSdAI/s640/-1.jpg&#60;/a&#62;&#60;/code&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So I'm hoping to replace the aluminum (?) clamping parts with the newer &#34;old style&#34; parts. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Does anyone have an extra pair lying around that I could buy? I would greatly appreciate it. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thanks!

			<title>Mark M on "Retul 3-D Bike Fitting System"</title>
			<link>http://moots.com/bbpress/topic.php?id=1637#post-3905</link>

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Over the years, I have bought many bikes and each time I was fit on one, the fitter came up with slightly different seat heights, reach angles, etc. I always felt comfortable after we were finished because I am quite flexible but I always wondered if I would be better off if this or that changed my position. I knew that getting fit on a bike was part art and part science but then I heard about Retul. With their system, art still plays a role but it's mostly science. Long story short, after the fitting my saddle height was almost 30 mm higher than any fitter ever had me and as a result, I can make 25 more watts of average power over 20 minutes based on my CycleOps trainer. I highly suggest looking on the internet to learn more about it than what I can write here. Racers at the highest level use it but it isn't only for them. It will help anyone who rides a bike get the most out of their bodies and keep your joints from having issues over the long term. Also, make sure your Retul location has a Zin wand. After they set up the bike, they use this wand to measure the bike down to a third of a millimeter. This makes reproducing the data a snap if you change out a component or want to set up another bike. It will also help you in deciding if a frame you are looking at buying sets up well for you. They email you all the data if you request it and you could send it to Moots for example and they could tell you if you need a custom frame or not. The mystery of building a frame to work for you is removed. On a side note, a cross country mountain bike seating position is very similar to a road bike but they shoot for a 5 degree higher back angle and they generally push the saddle further back by an additional 5 mm or so. Cost is about $250.
