USGP FT. COLLINS

Day 1 brought only a 10% chance of rain! Wet muddy course for mid-day racers.

It’s been a couple of weeks since the big USGP of Cyclocross Show came to Fort Collins and I finally got the photos back from the developer (I kid)….these are just a few of them.  We had some good times with our Cyclocross family that came to town from all points around the US.  The event was run smooth and our fair state is known for some of the toughest fields you can face.  The course in Fort Collins is quickly becoming a favorite on the circuit.

Next up is Boulder Cup weekend this week.  Could be snow …or at least some moisture on/in the ground.  See you at the races!

WD40Bike was busy with 350 bike washes/lubes and dials…check ‘em out…good product.

Michael & Wendy Robson …one warming up …the other staying dry…

After a week of ugly news for cycling it was nice to bump into Andy Hampsten…great guy.

Sweet mud….like a pig…it just makes Cyclocrossers happy.

Podiums are always great…2-3rd place finishes for Cariveau in the Moots colors of course.

Handbuilt, hand-delivered on Saturday….Brian Dallas raced it on Sunday morning..

Sunday brought the sun and slot-car style race track…fast, fast and some more fast.

Life in the pits….disc or canti….what’s your flavor?

Powers and the rest of the Pro field enjoy hero dirt on Saturday.
